By accessing and using the WebCheque service, End Users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed with the Data Privacy and Confidentiality Statement (or “Privacy Statement”), as well as the WebCheque Terms & Conditions of Use. Users who do not fully accept these terms and conditions must leave the WebCheque service and refrain from using it again.
The User does not need to provide personal data to use most of this service. However, if you wish to send us a message, receive our newsletter and special offers via e-mail or request products and services, you will need to provide information such as CPF, name, e-mail/phone number, and data from the card issued by Brazilian banks when using the contact form, your message or any other information you provide to us. All these elements can be passed on to our delivery service so that we can keep the End User informed about the status of their voucher purchase. Payment card details are not kept on file. WebCheque keeps a record of purchases made by the End User to deal more quickly with any questions or problems that the End User may have and to ensure that any information sent is relevant.

- Plan and manage commercial business activities, including analysis of customer shopping habits and preferences;

Customer/User personal information may be transferred and stored in a database outside Brazil, in the European Economic Area, including the USA. Such processing may be necessary to fulfil the voucher purchase order, process payment details, or provide technical support.
WebCheque does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from users through the WebCheque service. Any information or material sent to WebCheque will be considered NON-CONFIDENTIAL. By submitting any type of information or material to WebCheque, the End User grants WebCheque an unlimited and irrevocable license to use, copy, display, activate, modify, transmit and distribute such material or information and agrees that WebCheque may freely use any idea, concept, knowledge, or technique for any purpose. However, WebCheque shall not publish the End User's name or otherwise publicize the fact that a particular User has submitted any material or other information to the Company unless WebCheque: (a) obtains permission from the End User to use your name; (b) sends prior notice to the End User that material or other information submitted to a particular part of the webpage is to be published or otherwise used in conjunction with the End User's name; or (c) is required to do so by law.
The WebCheque service accepts credit cards issued by Brazilian banks and Pix payments. Data transfer is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol with instant 256-bit data encryption. The SSL certificate is issued by GoDaddy. End User confirms that all comments, private messages, forums, chat rooms, and/or other methods for sending messages or engaging in mutual communication (hereinafter: Communities) are public and not private in nature and that End User WebCheque may therefore control communication between end users without their knowledge or express permission. WebCheque shall not control and/or authorize the content, messages, or information that can be found in any of the Communities and, therefore, will not be responsible for any actions arising from the End User's participation in any of the Communities, including liability for possible content dispute.
WebCheque shall have the right, but not the obligation, to control the content contained in web pages at any time, including any chat rooms and forums that may be contained as part of this service, to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions of Use, as well as any other rules prescribed by WebCheque or any other applicable law, regulation, or other act. WebCheque will not assume any liability for the accuracy of the information provided. Recipients of information must use this information at their own responsibility. WebCheque does not guarantee that any reported issues will be resolved using information provided by WebCheque. The delivery of information by WebCheque does not imply the granting of copyright or patent licenses or licenses for other types of intellectual property rights.
WebCheque may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Therefore, it is advisable for the End User to always and frequently consult it on the service. The use of the service by the End User after all changes will be understood as acceptance of the new conditions.
